Data Protection Statement:

We would like to use the details from your Tipsy Star Brew Company Limited Rewards Card membership, along with the data on how you use your card and what you buy in our pubs & restaurants, to help us improve our services and send you offers and promotions for things we think will interest you.

If you decide you would no longer like to receive these, you can amend your preferences by emailing us at

  1. The Rewards/Loyalty account is issued by and remains the property of The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited who reserve the right to decline to issue or withdraw the account or points at any time, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Scheme, or to terminate the Scheme at any time, without notice.
  2. All participants in the Loyalty scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
  3. Your account is held in your name and cannot be transferred.
  4. The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited Rewards/Loyalty Card cannot be used as a credit card or guarantee card at any time.
  5. The exclusive benefits can only be used by the person or entity to whom the account was issued unless written proof of permission from the account holder is granted.
  6. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited.
  7. The Rewards/Loyalty card can only be used in the bars and restaurants of The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited. The scheme does not apply to 3rd party services/vendors unless attached to a specific outlined promotion.
  8. Food & Beverage discounts can only be earned by swiping your card at the till before your bill is closed (I.E. when you pay your bill). The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited reserves the right to refuse discounts if the card has not been swiped and is not obliged to discount retrospectively.
  9. The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited reserve the right to exclude any products from the scheme.
  10. If your card is lost or stolen you must notify The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited immediately.  The Tipsy Star Brewing Company Limited will not accept responsibility for card misuse if we have not been notified of loss or theft If the card is lost and if we agree to replace your Card, a replacement Card will be delivered to your registered home address only. We reserve the right to charge a replacement Card fee for each replacement Card in the event that you are issued with more than 2 replacement cards.
  11. In the event we suspect fraudulent activity on a member’s card, the card will be confiscated, suspended and we will contact the member via email to investigate and resolve the issue.
  12. Food and beverage discounts are currently not available on alcoholic beverages (as per Jersey licensing laws, however we may change this as soon as the law changes)
  13. If a member has not used their card or opened an email from us within 12 months, their Tipsy Star Rewards/Loyalty card will be written off and all personal information about them will be removed from our systems.
